Marist High School
Eugene, OR 2014

The Marist sculpture grouping was intended to show the interactive relationships between teacher, student, and administration in a Catholic college preparatory high school. It also honors one of the school’s founders, Brother Dan Grogan, who moved to Eugene from New York in 1965 at age 29. He was an administrator at the school for many years. Today, Marist Catholic High School is one of the top schools in Oregon with a 99 percent graduation rate. Seventy eight percent of their students go on to a four-year college or university.
